The tsuba, fuchi, and kashira are all vine themed, and the tsuka is wrapped in grey green colored silk tsuka ito over silver plated menuki. It was shortened a small amount to allow the knots to end on the right sides. The seppa are now copper, and the habaki copper plated. The pics will be changed to reflect the new design soon. The 1095 blade has a notare pattern with several areas of hitatsuru, along with a few irregularities in the hamon. While irregular, they do not effect the quality or strength of the blade. This blade would be an excellent addition to anyone who cuts with their blades, or who collects them as well.
